The 2000 kilometers Via Francigena route, from Canterbury to Rome is one of the great pilgrim paths of the world. Following Archbishop Sigeric's itinerary from 990 AD, the final 410 kilometers crosses through thr hrart of beautiful Tuscany's medieval towns of Lucca, San Gimignano and Siena.
The hikes are suitable for walkers of all levels of fitness and experience.
